All other Brands
For warranty claims submitted through Ski Pro, please follow these steps.
First: Visit the website of the brand you wish to warranty and verify that your product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Second: Proof of purchase must be obtained. Specifically, we need a copy of the original receipt from your purchase from Ski Pro.
Third: After reading through the following information regarding the warranty process and coverage, fill out the Warranty Request Form at the bottom of this page. Please be patient as warranty claims can take a decent amount of time to resolve as some comapnies are slow to respond to our requests.
Warranty Details
At Ski Pro, we act as your advocate by facilitating warranty claims between you and the manufacturer. Keep in mind that Ski Pro does not make warranty decisions on behalf of the manufacturer. Please note that shipping costs to send the product to Ski Pro or the manufacturer for inspection are the customer's responsibility. If the manufacturer approves your claim, we will cover the return shipping for your repaired or replaced item (within the U.S.). For approved claims that can be fixed with parts, we will provide those directly or request them from the brand. Please be aware that external costs—such as lift tickets, rentals, or mounting fees—are not covered by Ski Pro or the manufacturer.
