Warranty Claims

As an authorized retailer, Ski Pro assists our customers with manufacturer warranty claims to ensure your gear performs as intended.

For In-Store & Online Purchases

Register Your Gear!

Ensure your purchase is protected by creating a digital record of ownership. Registering your gear now simplifies future warranty claims and guarantees you have proof of purchase—even if you lose your receipt.

Simple Claims Support

While we don’t service warranties in-house, our team is here to help you gather documentation and contact the manufacturer to start your claim.

Manufacturer-Backed Quality

All products are covered by official manufacturer warranties. This typically includes structural defects but may exclude wear and tear or accidental damage.

Keep Your Receipt

To expedite a claim, manufacturers require a valid proof of purchase. We recommend saving your digital invoice or registering your product upon delivery.

Timely Resolutions

Processing times vary by brand. Once a claim is filed, the manufacturer typically provides an assessment or resolution within 7–14 business days.

Brands you can Contact

Some of our brands prefer that our customers reach out directly to them to start the warranty process. If you are submitting a warranty for any of the following brands, please follow the links below to the respective brand you wish to contact.

All other Brands

For warranty claims submitted through Ski Pro, please follow these steps.

First: Visit the website of the brand you wish to warranty and verify that your product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Second: Proof of purchase must be obtained. Specifically, we need a copy of the original receipt from your purchase from Ski Pro.

Third: After reading through the following information regarding the warranty process and coverage, fill out the Warranty Request Form at the bottom of this page. Please be patient as warranty claims can take a decent amount of time to resolve as some comapnies are slow to respond to our requests.

Warranty Details

At Ski Pro, we act as your advocate by facilitating warranty claims between you and the manufacturer. Keep in mind that Ski Pro does not make warranty decisions on behalf of the manufacturer. Please note that shipping costs to send the product to Ski Pro or the manufacturer for inspection are the customer's responsibility. If the manufacturer approves your claim, we will cover the return shipping for your repaired or replaced item (within the U.S.). For approved claims that can be fixed with parts, we will provide those directly or request them from the brand. Please be aware that external costs—such as lift tickets, rentals, or mounting fees—are not covered by Ski Pro or the manufacturer.

What's Typically Covered

A manufacturers warranty typically covers defects due to the manufacturing process and can include the following.

  • Top sheet, base or sidewall delamination due to manufacturing defect.
  • Manufacturing defect resulting in cracking on the top sheet, base, sidewall or edge.
  • Misaligned, spinning inserts. Please be aware that stripped inserts or damage to the insert or base due to improper mounting is not considered a material flaw and is not repairable.
  • Seam seperation, zipper malfunctions, button and clasp issues on clothing articles.

What's Not covered

Manufacturers will not cover damage due to negligence or impact related issues, including but not limited to the following.

  • Damages due to any impact caused by sharp items, torsion, compression, a fall, an abnormal impact or other actions that cannot be under the manufacturers reasonable control.
  • Any damage to snowboard binding highbacks, including damage caused while loading ski lifts.
  • Impact damage showing scrapes, gouges, cracked or bent edges.
  • Damage caused by the contact of other objects or repetitive use on park features.
  • Damage due to transportation storage, or rust.
  • Cosmetic issues including topsheet chipping or peeling along edges due to contact with other riders.
  • Boot damage from resting a board on top while riding the lifts.
