Ski Pro has three physical locations in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area and one in Reno, Nevada. Each store is tightly connected but maintains an individual "Mom and Pop" vibe. Whichever store you choose, the entire Ski Pro family will welcome you.

Ski Pro has positions available in our sales and technical departments. All positions are seasonal with the opportunity to carry over into the summer months. If you're interested in applying, please fill out our application here and attach a resume.
1. Retail Clothing Associate
Type: Seasonal, Part Time/Full Time
Location: All Locations
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, self-motivation. Experience with merchandising and apparel sales is a plus.
2. Rental Technician
Type: Seasonal, Part Time/Full Time
Location: All Locations
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Team player, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer skills, boot fitting, and ski/snowboard sizing knowledge are beneficial.
3. Shipping & Web Sales
Type: Seasonal, Part Time/Full Time
Location: Mesa Only
Requirements: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
4. Warehouse Associate
Type: Seasonal, Part Time/Full Time
Location: Tempe Warehouse Only
Requirements: Organizational skills, basic computer and data entry skills, ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Physical demands include lifting, standing, sitting, or kneeling for long periods.
5. Cashier
Type: Seasonal, Part Time/Full Time
Location: All Locations
Requirements: Computer literacy, basic mathematical skills, ability to work in high-stress environments, must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
6. Ski Sales & Bootfitting
Type: Seasonal, Part Time/Full Time
Location: All Locations
Requirements: Customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, passion for skiing, excellent product knowledge. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs. Experience in boot fitting or shoe sales is a plus.
7. Snowboard Sales
Type: Seasonal, Part Time/Full Time
Location: All Locations
Requirements: Customer service experience, strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, passion for snowboarding, excellent product knowledge. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs. Experience in boot fitting or shoe sales is a plus.
8. Swim Sales Specialist
Type: Seasonal, Part Time/Full Time
Location: Mesa, Phoenix, Desert Ridge (Some travel required)
Requirements: Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, problem-solving skills. Experience as a competitive swimmer or coach is a plus.
9. Assistant Store Manager
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: All Locations
Requirements: Experience with managing and supervising staff, handling money, excellent customer service. Must have three years of experience in retail, preferably in outdoor rec or sporting goods industries. Ability to remain level-headed under pressure and communicate effectively.
