Quality Takes Time

At Ski Pro, we know great ski and snowboard service takes time to get right. Our skilled technicians work carefully to make sure your gear performs its best when you hit the slopes.

Service Turnaround and Scheduling

Turnaround times are subject to change based on seasonal demand and service complexity. We operate on a strict first-in, first-out basis to ensure fairness for all customers. We do not take reservations for standard services. All quoted timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak ski season. During busy periods like holiday weekends and powder days, demand for ski tuning, waxing, and repair services increases significantly. Each of our locations can service hundreds of skis and snowboards each week, but during high volume times, services in some instances can take over a week. We recommend bringing your equipment for service during off-peak times when possible for faster turnaround.

Priority Rush Service Available

For skiers and snowboarders who need immediate service, we offer a "Rush" surcharge for priority processing. Rush service moves your equipment to the front of the queue while maintaining our quality standards. This premium service is perfect for last-minute tune-ups, emergency repairs, race preparation, and urgent binding adjustments.

Why Professional Service Takes Time

Quality ski service involves multiple steps that each need proper time to work correctly. Our Future Wax technology needs time to heat and penetrate deep into your ski base. Edge sharpening requires precision for smooth, controlled turns. Epoxy repairs must cure completely for strong, lasting fixes. Stone grinding creates the perfect surface texture for your skiing style, and binding mounts need careful measurement and testing for your safety.

We recommend scheduling major services well before planned ski trips. For routine maintenance like basic waxing, same-day service is often available during slower periods. Our commitment to quality ensures your equipment performs at its peak on the mountain.

What to Expect & Preparing Your Equipment

The Service Process - Simple and Straightforward

2. Quote & Timeline:

After examining your equipment, we'll provide a clear quote for recommended services and an estimated timeframe for completion. No surprises or hidden fees.

4. Pickup Notification:

We'll call or text you when your equipment is ready for pickup. No need to guess or make unnecessary trips.

5. Payment & Paperwork:

Payment is due at pickup, and we'll complete any necessary liability forms and waivers at that time. Quick and easy.

What to Bring for Different Services

Binding Mounts & Calibrations: You'll need to bring one boot (either left or right), your skis, and bindings. This ensures perfect fit and proper safety settings for your specific boots.

General Tuning & Repairs: Just bring your skis or snowboard. We handle everything else.

Snowboard Services: If possible, removing bindings beforehand saves time and helps us deliver better results, but it's not required if you prefer to leave them on.

Preparing Your Equipment

Don't worry about extensive cleaning or preparation - we'll take care of that as part of our service. However, please remove excess mud or debris before bringing your gear in. This helps us assess your equipment properly and gets your service started faster.

Our team is here to make the process easy and get you back on the mountain with confidence in your equipment.
