Turnaround times are subject to change based on seasonal demand and service complexity. We operate on a strict first-in, first-out basis to ensure fairness for all customers. We do not take reservations for standard services. All quoted timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak ski season. During busy periods like holiday weekends and powder days, demand for ski tuning, waxing, and repair services increases significantly. Each of our locations can service hundreds of skis and snowboards each week, but during high volume times, services in some instances can take over a week. We recommend bringing your equipment for service during off-peak times when possible, for faster turnaround.
Priority Rush Service
For skiers and snowboarders who need immediate service, we offer a "Rush" surcharge for priority processing. Rush service moves your equipment to the front of the queue while maintaining our quality standards. This premium service is perfect for last-minute tune-ups, emergency repairs, race preparation, and urgent binding adjustments.

What to Bring for Different Services
Binding Mounts & Calibrations: You'll need to bring one boot (either left or right), your skis, and bindings. This ensures perfect fit and proper safety settings for your specific boots.
General Tuning & Repairs: Just bring your skis or snowboard. We handle everything else.
Snowboard Services: If possible, removing bindings beforehand saves time and helps us deliver better results, but it's not required if you prefer to leave them on.
Preparing Your Equipment
Don't worry about extensive cleaning or preparation - we'll take care of that as part of our service. However, please remove excess mud or debris before bringing your gear in. This helps us assess your equipment properly and gets your service started faster.
