How do I redeem a coupon?
Ski Pro may issue you a coupon to use on your next purchase during certain promotional offers. To redeem this coupon you will need the Coupon Code that you have been issued.
To redeem: Once you have added all items to your cart, select "checkout" on the left side of the page. On this page, you will see a box titled "Sales and Discounts" with a space for you to enter your Coupon Code. Once you have done this select "Apply" to see the discount applied to your purchase. Then continue through checkout as usual.
Note: Most coupon codes can only be used once. Your code may be unique, but you do not have to be logged in to use it. Therefore you should keep your coupon code in a safe place to ensure that no one else uses it, as we do not require identification to use a coupon.
Why do we need your e-mail and billing phone number?
SkiPro.com asks you for your email address and billing phone number to protect you from Internet fraud and identity theft. This information is used to verify that it is really you purchasing these items. In some cases, someone from our company may call or email you to verify that you made these purchases. This information will not be disclosed to anyone, we collect it simply to protect you and ourselves from fraud. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Changing or canceling an order
You can change your order and information at any time until you hit the gray ‘Process Order’ button in the last stage of checkout. If you need to correct something and have already hit ‘Process Order’, please phone us at (888) 754-7761, and we’ll be happy to make the necessary correction(s). You can email us as well at email@example.com, but phoning is the best way to make sure things are taken care of.
