Weather-Related Shipping Delays

Check the official UPS and USPS websites for updates on weather or natural disaster-related shipping delays in your area.

Ski Pro currently ships within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping fees do apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii due to carrier surcharges. If you ever have questions about shipping options or rates, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Ski Pro reserves the right to cancel an order if the shipping destination results in an unusually high or excessive shipping cost. In these situations, we may contact you with updated shipping options or pricing before proceeding. If we’re unable to reach you or confirm the updated shipping cost, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.


Important Changes to Our Shipping Policy

New Shipping Tiers

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 14 business days from the shipping date.
  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery within 6 business days from the shipping date.
  • Fast Shipping – Estimated delivery within 4 business days from the shipping date.

Note: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days to process order, see below for peak season processing times.
  • From May to September, orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be processed on Tuesday.

Peak-Season Processing & Holiday Shipping (Black Friday - Christmas)

  • During high-traffic periods (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the December holiday season), order processing times may be longer than average. Please allow an additional 4–5 business days for processing before shipment. Carrier networks may also experience delays beyond our control.
  • We recommend placing orders early to ensure on-time delivery. Expedited services are not guaranteed during peak season; shipping fees remain non-refundable.

Holiday Shipping Policy and Christmas Delivery Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Ski Pro for your holiday shopping. Our team works hard to get every order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Below are our recommended cut off dates to help ensure delivery by Christmas. Please place your order before the dates listed for the shipping method you choose.

  • UPS Ground Services
    Delivery times vary by shipping zone. For the best chance of arrival before Christmas, we recommend placing Ground orders no later than December 14th.
  • UPS 3 Day Select/Expedited Shipping
    For delivery before Christmas, please place your order before December 17th.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air/Fast Shipping
    For delivery before Christmas, please place your order before December 18th.
  • UPS Next Day Air
    For delivery before Christmas, please place your order before December 21st.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Weather delays and carrier volume may affect delivery times, so ordering early is always the safest option.

If you have any questions, we are happy to help. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Ski Pro cannot promise delivery by or before a certain date. These are only suggestions.


Shipping Methods

  • Ski Pro ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion. We do not use DHL or Amazon Fulfillment Services.
  • International shipping is not available. Orders with international addresses will be canceled.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is fulfilled.
  • Shipping to PO Boxes
    We can ship to PO Box addresses, however orders must ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which may increase delivery times (up to 8 weeks in some cases). We recommend using a physical street address for faster delivery. PO Box addresses may not qualify for FREE SHIPPING if upgraded to USPS Priority Mail.

Expedited Shipping Notice

While expedited shipping options are available, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of the selected service level.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Heavy & bulky items (e.g., towable tubes, coolers, weighted ballasts) may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Wakesurf boards, wakefoils, eFoils, and YETI coolers are not eligible for free shipping due to size and/or weight. Shipping charges will apply to these items.
  • Lithium-ion batteries & hazardous materials ship via UPS Ground only.

Local Pick-Up Options

Orders for local in-store pick-up are typically ready within 24-48 hours. Customers will receive an order confirmation followed by a pick-up notification once the order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges

Ski Pro offers a return and exchange policy for both online and in-store purchases:

  • Online purchases – Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • In-store purchases – Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. A receipt or order confirmation number is required.
  • Non-returnable items: Base layers, face masks, and gift cards.
  • Final sale items: Mounted skis (unless defective, requiring adjustment by a certified technician).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was shipped.
  • Damaged items should be reported immediately.
  • Ski Pro is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged items once they are with the shipping carrier.
