Booking & Reservations
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
You can reserve equipment up to 30 days in advance online or in-store. We recommend booking at least a week ahead, especially for weekends, holidays, or kids' equipment.
Can I make reservations over the phone?
We accept online and in-store reservations only. This ensures accuracy and allows you to see real-time availability.
Do I pay when I book or when I pick up?
Payment of rental fees and deposits are due at the time of pickup. When you arrive to collect your order, don't forget to bring payment for rental fees and deposits.
Pickup & Return
What are your pickup and return hours?
Weekdays: Pickup 4pm-7pm, Return by 3pm
Saturdays: Pickup 4pm-5:30pm, Return by 3pm
Sundays: Pickup 3pm-4:30pm, Return by 3pm
Can I pick up equipment for weekend skiing on Friday?
Absolutely! We offer reasonable travel days on multi-day rentals. Pick up Friday after 3:30pm for weekend skiing and return Monday by 3pm - you'll only pay for 2 days.
What if the equipment doesn't fit when I try it on?
No problem! Please try on your boots before leaving the store. We'll make adjustments or swap equipment to ensure the perfect fit.
Age & I.D. Requirements
What age restrictions do you have?
You must be 18+ to rent equipment, or have a parent/guardian present. The responsible person needs a valid driver's license or state-issued photo ID.
Can I use someone else's credit card for deposits?
No, the credit card owner must be present to post any required deposits. We cannot accept cash, check, or debit cards for deposits.
Deposits & Fees
What equipment requires a deposit?
Snowboards, Demo equipment, and all high-performance gear require deposits ranging from $75-300 per item. Your deposit is fully refunded when you return the equipment in good condition.
How much are deposits?
Individual demo items: $75 each
Complete demo/snowboard packages: $150-300
Cargo box: $300
Cancellations & Changes
What's your cancellation policy?
We don't offer cash refunds, but store credit is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I change my equipment during my rental period?
Yes! If you need different equipment or want to upgrade, just visit the store and we'll help you make the switch.
Care & Damage
What happens if I damage the equipment?
You're responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damaged equipment. We'll assess the damage and let you know the cost.
What if I lose a piece of equipment?
You'll be charged the full replacement cost for any equipment that isn't returned.
Do you maintain the equipment between rentals?
Yes! All equipment is professionally inspected, cleaned, waxed, and tuned as needed between rentals to ensure optimal performance.

We provide state-of-the-art demo equipment featuring the latest technology. Perfect for sampling new styles, broadening your selection, and gearing up for those epic powder days.
What equipment do you not rent?
We currently do not rent Helmets, Gloves, Goggles, Kids Clothing, Sleds, Watersports Ropes or Life Jackets.
Summer Rentals
Do you rent water sports equipment year-round?
Yes! We offer paddleboards, wakeboards, wake surfs, water skis, and tubes all year long. Same reservation and pickup policies apply.
