K2's Duracap Construction allows you skid and slide your turns on your way to learning proper technique. The Konic Construction pulls heavier material away from the center of the ski that makes for easier maneuvering. Catch-Free Rocker has a small amount of rocker in the tip and tail that helps you push out a snowplow and helps new skiers maintain control.
