How we grade Used Gear

Our used gear inventory is professionally inspected, tuned, and graded by our expert team. Each ski and snowboard is evaluated based on cosmetic condition and previous repairs, then priced accordingly. While all equipment is verified to be structurally sound and ready to ride, visible wear and past repairs will vary. The condition grade photos shown are examples only and may not exactly match the actual product you receive. Before purchasing, review the condition descriptions to ensure you're comfortable with the potential level of wear. Note that all used gear sales are final and binding adjustments/re-mounts may be required.

LEVEL 1

The item exhibits minimal wear from limited use, presenting in excellent base condition with the possibility of minor surface scratches. The edges remain clean with minimal to no wear, and while small blemishes or marks may be present, they do not detract significantly from the overall appearance. The piece features only original mount holes, if any were present, and has not required any significant repairs.

LEVEL 2

The item shows normal wear from regular use, with good overall condition and possible PTEX filled scratches on the base. The edges have light wear and minor rust spots, while visible scratches and wear marks appear throughout, with minor epoxy repairs possible. The mounting system may have one previous mount, and all repairs have been completed professionally.

LEVEL 3

The item shows heavy wear from extended use, with professional repairs addressing deeper scratches, core shots, and possible base welds. The edges display visible wear patterns and rust, with repairs likely present. Multiple scratches, dings, and wear marks cover the surface, and up to two previous mount positions may exist. All major repairs have been completed to maintain functionality.
