Video: BCA [EDGE]ucation Season 2 - Navigation Apps
Backcountry Access [EDGE]ucation has launched its second season. The series is focused on providing straightforward backcountry education tips. It features Bruce “Edge” Edgerly, the co-founder of BCA, and expert guests. The series consists of thirteen concise, easily understandable videos. Topics include identifying snowpack red flags, group searching techniques, and transceiver interference. Other lessons cover applying avalanche forecasts to terrain choices among other subjects. The goal of [EDGE]ucation is to refresh and reinforce existing avalanche education.
It aims to keep skills sharp and current for those preparing to enter the backcountry.
