Viewing Your Order Status
In order to view your order status, you must first log in to your account. After you log in, you will view the ‘My Account’ page. From here, there are various actions you can take such as editing your profile or managing your address book.
To view the status of an order, click 'View Order Status and History' under 'My Account’ and you will see a list of every order you’ve ever placed with SkiPro.com, each containing a date, an invoice number, the cost of the order, shipping preference, method of payment, shipping status, a link to package tracking info, and options for printing a receipt.
