How Much Does Shipping Cost?
For orders over $50.00, and under 30lbs, UPS Ground shipping is FREE inside the Continental U.S.. (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii and other countries.) However, if you want to receive your items sooner than the UPS standard ground shipping time (5-7 business days), free shipping does not apply. Free shipping also does not apply if your order is less than $50.00, or if you live in Alaska or Hawaii.
***If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, or want to place an international order, you will need to contact us for shipping charges. Alternatively, we will call you after your order has been recieved to discuss the shipping costs, if we have not received an email or phone call from you ahead of time. The longer it takes to hear back from you, the longer delay there will be before we can get your order shipped out.***
If free shipping does not apply to you, our checkout will calculate the cost of each method of shipping based on your zip code, and will display them for you to choose. For heavy items (over 30lbs), such as large inflatable tubes and wake surfs, etc., you will need to contact us for shipping charges. Alternatively, we will call you after your order has been recieved to discuss shipping.
**Shipping costs paid by customers are non-refundable.**
***Please remember that our preferred shipper is UPS and they do not pick up on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you place an order on Friday afternoon it can not be shipped until Monday, or even Tuesday if there is a Monday holiday. Delivery times for all types of expedited shipping are figured on business days, so orders placed on a Friday afternoon for 2 day delivery will not ship until the next business day, which will be Monday so your delivery day will probably be Wednesday.
Every effort is made to ship orders the same day they are placed, but orders placed after 1pm Arizona time or on a Saturday or Sunday will usually ship on the next business day.***
Normal Business Days are Monday through Friday.
If you live in, or are visiting, Arizona, you can choose to pick your items up at one of our locations. This will exempt you from shipping charges and can be much quicker than shipping. Some communication may be required through email, but your purchase should be ready to pick up within one-two business days. See our locations page to decide which of our stores you would like to pick your items up from. (Mesa, AZ, or Phoenix, AZ)
We will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up, either by email or by phone. If you have a preference on which method of communication we use, please let us know.
We do not accept orders online for shipment outside of the US. It would need to be placed via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or over the phone (480-962-6910). We only accept US credit cards with US billing addresses. All International orders need to be paid via PayPal, which is a free service.
2018 Holiday Shipping Guide:
Time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays — Nov. 22, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1 — there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS, regardless of the date of tender. Additional time-in-transit: From Nov. 19 to Dec. 28, a limited number of UPS® Ground and UPS® Standard packages, with transit times of three or more days, and with specific origins and destinations, will require an additional day in transit. Visit ups.com/holidays beginning August 31 to use the Holiday Ground Impact Tool to identify changes by ZIP code pairs. All UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select packages tendered Dec. 17-18 and all UPS 2nd Day Air packages tendered Dec. 19 will require an additional day in transit.
