How Long will it Take?

There are a couple of factors that affect how long the shipping process takes:

  • Did your transaction go smoothly?
    • If all of your information is correct we can process your order right away. Otherwise we may have to contact you for additional or different information. Make sure that you can be reached at the phone number that you provided, so that we can clear things up and ship your order out as soon as possible.
  • What time did you place your order?
    • SkiPro.com makes an effort to process your order the moment it is received, and ship it as soon as possible. In some cases, your order may be shipped immediately. However, most orders placed after 1:00pm (Arizona Time) are shipped first thing the next morning.*
  • What kind of shipping did you chose?
    • The standard ground shipping time for UPS, is 5-7 business days. (Business days do not include the weekend.) This is the only form of shipping that free shipping applies to.
      Expedited forms of shipping are available for your purchases; these options will be listed at checkout with the number of days they take. Remember that this is counted in business days.

Once your order ships you will get an email with your tracking number. You track your shipment on UPS.com.

* If the item(s) you order are in low supply, an extra day may be needed to transfer the item(s) between stores.

NEW Ski Pro Shipping Policy - (As Of October 2020)

If your online order is going to be shipped to a different address than the billing address associated with your credit card, you will be required to pay with PayPal. You will also be required to pay with PayPal if there is an issue with your payment method you used to place your order.

Shipping Times After Order is Placed

***Please remember that our preferred shipper is UPS and they do not pick up on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you place an order on Friday afternoon it can not be shipped until Monday, or even Tuesday if there is a Monday holiday. Delivery times for all types of expedited shipping are figured on business days, so orders placed on a Friday afternoon for 2 day delivery will not ship until the next business day, which will be Monday so your delivery day will probably be Wednesday.

Every effort is made to ship orders the same day they are placed, but orders placed after 1pm Arizona time or on a Saturday or Sunday will usually ship on the next business day.***

Normal Business Days are Monday through Friday.

In-Store Pickups

If you live in, or are visiting, Arizona, you can choose to pick your items up at one of our locations. This will exempt you from shipping charges and can be much quicker than shipping. Some communication may be required through email, but your purchase should be ready to pick up within one-two business days. See our locations page to decide which of our stores you would like to pick your items up from. (Mesa, AZ, or Phoenix, AZ)

We will let you know when your order is ready to be picked up, either by email or by phone. If you have a preference on which method of communication we use, please let us know.
