If your boat is a model with curvature to the hull or pronounced channels, which is the case in boats, you won't have a secure mount with suction cups. In that case you need our velcro version. Both our standard and XL model come with a 1", 2" shim or use them both together to create a 3" shim that will help make even the most defined chime fit flush. Still an easy to use system - put the layer of velcro on both the port and starboard while the boat is dry and out of water - and the wakesurf shaper has the corresponding velcro to give a super secure fit.

The hottest product to hit wakesurfing since we created the wakesurfer. This device easily mounts to the lower/back point of the starboard or port side of your boat hull for a premier surf wake on either side. We have tested every aspect of surfing using- waterski boats, crossover boats, older V-Drives, newer V-Drives, and one thing is constant, this is a game changer. In addition to turning wakes into swells - the best part is you no longer have to weight your boat unevenly. Gone are the days of filling and draining your bags to the port or starboard side - keep it all in the center. There has never been this type of aftermarket innovation that can so easily be mounted to the side of the hull - that makes this kind of difference. With a built in handle it is easy to move to either side of your boat, and is best paired with a loaded Eight.3 ballast system.

- SHIM OPTIONS
- The shim is a simple attachment between the Wakesurf Shaper and a boat's hull. Every hull shape is different - some are mostly flat and don't require a shim. Others have a step hull and require a 1" shim - other boats have a more pronounced step and need a 2" shim, while in some cases you might need both shims to make a 3" gap between the hull and your Wakesurf Shaper. For installation - we recommend the Wakesurf Shaper is 80% subgmerged when boat is properly weighted and as close to the stern as your hull will allow.
- WAKESURF SHAPER PLACEMENT
- The adhesive fastener strips that attach to the boat are intentionally 6" longer than the Wakesurf shaper. This allows for further adjustment towards the bow or the stern of the boat greatly altering the shape of the wake. When closer to the stern, the wake becomes steeper, and deeper - closer towards the bow and the wake gets a longer sweet spot - who says you can't surf tandem?

- The pinnacle of displacing water - nothing remotely compares to moving water mass like this with a deflection area 3 times greater than most other products out there. Not only will you experience the cleanest, tallest, thickest wave - but you will also notice the degree of angle of the wave itself changes quite significantly giving you more surf-able wave to ride on. Works with any boat step hull in a boat with our removable shims to make a flush mounting area. Whoever came up with the phrase less is more hasn't used this latest design. The biggest/cleanest wake regardless of the size of your boat. If your boat has enough room to apply the 19.5" long running surface using our shims - there is no reason to not use this version.
