If you ordered blue and we sent yellow or you ordered small and we sent extra large, please accept our apologies and send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include a description of the problem, the sale receipt # as well as your name, address, a phone number and a time of day when we can contact you.
If the packaging appears to be damaged you should report the damage to the delivery person and open the package in his presence. If the product is damaged you must file a claim with the shipper.
